Shipping & pickup
Private-build status: Real shipping rates and fulfillment are not enabled. The checkout currently offers a clearly labeled no-charge sandbox pickup method for sample-order testing only.
Handling target
The working target is shipment or pickup readiness within five business days unless an item’s listing states otherwise. A final customer-facing promise will be confirmed from measured operations before launch.
Packed weight and dimensions
Shipped items require a packing plan, packed weight, and package dimensions before a live rate or label can be trusted. Missing information holds the shipped channel.
Fragile items
Breakables receive individual approval for materials, box size, protection, carrier suitability, insurance, and price. Pickup may be the safer option.
Large furniture and local pickup
Large furniture is expected to be pickup only unless a freight plan is specifically approved. Exact pickup details are shared privately after an order is authorized.
Shipping origin is stored privately and will be confirmed before live rates are enabled.
