Seller intake
Product photos and item facts are separated from unrelated family information. The business intake channel must not collect passwords, login codes, payment-card data, medical information, or aging-parent details.
Retention and deletion
Final retention periods for customer records, original photos, rejected drafts, support messages, and accounting evidence will be documented before public intake or real orders begin.
