Item condition and listing accuracy
Customers should compare the description, measurements, and all photographs before purchasing. Material errors, undisclosed damage, wrong-item shipments, and transit damage follow the applicable platform and carrier process.
Start with the order record
Return requests should identify the order and item SKU and preserve the item and packaging while instructions are provided. Do not send sensitive payment or identity information by ordinary email or text.
