How The Gettler Girls works
1. Send to Hermes
Kelley or Dawn sends photos and any known facts through the approved Telegram conversation, identifies whether the item belongs to Kelley, Dawn, or Shared, and may propose channels or a custom gross allocation.
2. Photograph
At least five useful views capture the front, back, labels or marks, measurements, and any condition issue a buyer should see.
3. Research
Product history, sold comparables, active prices, authenticity indicators, shipping needs, and channel rules are checked.
4. Draft
A complete item record becomes a customer-ready listing with price, condition, attributes, measurements, shipping, and selected sales channels.
5. Approve
Hermes returns a secure exact-version link. An authorized human replies Y or returns corrections; any material change requires a new approval. Custom allocations remain held until Kelley and Dawn both approve them.
6. Pack & reconcile
After a real sale, inventory is removed from every active channel and the owner, allocations, fees, packing, shipping, and adjustments stay attached to the order.
