These terms are a structured pre-launch draft, not a substitute for final legal and operational approval.
One-of-one inventory
Many items are unique and may be offered on more than one approved channel. An order is not accepted for real fulfillment until inventory and payment are confirmed.
Descriptions and photographs
Reasonable care is used to describe condition, measurements, known history, and visible flaws. Colors and scale may vary by screen; customers should rely on the full listing and ask questions before purchase.
Pricing and errors
Prices, availability, shipping, and taxes may be corrected when a listing or system error is discovered. The final cancellation and correction process will be approved before live payments begin.
External marketplaces
Transactions completed on Etsy, eBay, Whatnot, Vinted, Poshmark, or another marketplace also follow that platform’s applicable terms and policies.

The current private checkout is a no-charge sample workflow. It does not authorize payment capture, shipment, pickup, or a binding customer transaction.
