Frequently asked questions

Is everything vintage?

No. The collection is intentionally eclectic: vintage, newer, practical, decorative, collectible, and unexpected. Each listing should identify what is known and avoid unsupported age claims.

How do you describe condition?

Listings should show and describe meaningful wear, flaws, repairs, missing pieces, odors, testing status, and other facts that could affect a buying decision.

Will measurements be included?

Yes when size or fit matters. Apparel, furniture, decor, and shipping-sensitive items stay in draft until the required measurements are supplied or the omission is clearly disclosed and approved.

Are branded and collectible items authenticated?

Claims are limited to what photos, marks, records, and research can support. An uncertain item stays in review or the uncertainty is disclosed before Kelley can approve it.

Do you ship everything?

No. Large furniture may be local pickup only. Breakables require an item-specific packing and shipping decision. See Shipping & Pickup.

What if the same item appears on another marketplace?

The store uses one master inventory record. A sale should trigger removal or reconciliation across every active channel so a one-of-one item is not sold twice.

What is the return policy?

The business will honor any remedy required by the selling platform or applicable law. The final direct-store policy will be published before real checkout is enabled. See Returns & Policies.
